We at lederfashions.com are dedicated to provide a simple and easy Returns & Exchanges procedure. For this reason, we provide our customers with a 30-day exchange and refund policy for peace of mind.

Within 30 days of receiving your order, you have the option to return it to us if you're not content for any reason. Since they are the ones who have made us what we are today, our clients are our top focus.

Our years of experience have shown us that the majority of returns are caused by incorrect size ordering. This is because most online customers make the extremely common error of letting their domestic size chart influence them. Since we sell worldwide, we are unable to provide a size chart unique to any one country. Most customers used to purchase online based on the size they typically wear, even though a medium in the USA is different from one in the EU or UK and completely different from one in Australia and the rest of the globel.

Since we have our own size chart, we kindly ask that customers check their measurements twice or three times using it. We can avoid the trouble of returns and exchanges together thanks to this. If you would like to return any item you have purchased from us, please follow these guidelines:

STEPS

If you would want to modify your size or have any questions regarding the defective product you got, please email us at ---Gmail---. You may also request an RMA (Return product Authorization) number.
(Please note that we might not be able to accept returns without an RMA.)

We will include return instructions in our email response to you.
Following receipt and inspection of the item, we shall comply with the customer's request for a refund or exchange.
DIRECTIVES

Please be aware that things must be returned unopened, in the original packaging or condition in which they were received, and with all tags and labels still attached.

As lederfashion.com is not responsible for items lost in transit during buyer returns, please return your items via insured postal service or courier to prevent loss due to item loss.

Unless they have gotten anything noticeably different from what was advertised, customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

We shall not be held accountable in the slightest if the consumer chooses the incorrect size.

REFUND OPTIONS

The same payment method that was used to purchase the item will be utilized to compensate buyers.

We might choose from the following choices for the refunds:

discount of up to 50% off your subsequent order

Please be aware that things that are on sale, discounted items, and custom (made to measure) items are not returnable or refundable.


If an item that is custom-made needs to be altered, we can do it for free as long as the buyer covers the cost of both ways delivery. Large-scale or heavily discounted items are not covered by this.

Shipping fees might not be reimbursed during a promotional time unless a defective item is shipped.

Even if delivery is free for the item, the cost of shipment will not be reimbursed in the event that a refund request is made due to a change of heart. This fee will again range from $18 to $54 depending on the buyer's location.
