For any reason at your discretion, you can return the order we received back to us within 30 days after receiving the order. Our clients are of prime importance because they are the one who has made us what we are today.
Most of the returned orders due to incorrect size ordering results from poor ordering guidelines given to our clients. This is because most online customers make the extremely common error of letting their domestic size chart influence them. Since we sell worldwide, we are not able to offer a size chart unique to any one country. Most customers used to buy online for the size they usually wear, though a medium in the USA is not the same as one in the EU or UK and is quite different from one in Australia and the rest of the globel.
Since we have our own size chart, we kindly ask that customers check their measurements twice or thrice using it. Together, we can avoid all the inconvenience caused by returns and exchanges. If you wish to return any item you ordered from us, please follow these guidelines:
STEPS
If you would want to change your size or have some questions regarding the defective product you received, please write to us at ---Gmail---. You can also ask for an RMA (Return product Authorization) number.
(Note: we may not be able to accept returns without an RMA.)
Return instructions will be included in our response to you via email.
Once we have received and inspected the item, we will honor the customer's request for a refund or exchange.
MANUAL INSTRUCTIONS
Items must be returned in the original packaging or condition in which they were delivered and unopened with all tags and labels still attached.
As lederfashion.com assumes no liability for goods lost in transit upon buyer returns, please return your items via insured postal service or courier to avoid any loss due to item loss.
Unless they have received something noticeably different from what is advertised, customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
We shall not be liable even a little if the consumer chooses the wrong size.

Same payment method, which was used when the purchase of an item was made, would be used to pay back the buyers.

Shipping costs are not refunded in the promotional period unless a defective item is shipped.
No matter if the shipment for the item is free, the shipping cost is not refunded when one changes his or her mind and asks for the money back. This fee will be between $18 and $54 depending on the buyer's location.
